Compliance Generalist
- Salary Range: $24 -$28.80/hr based on relevant years of experience
- Location: Larimer county, Colorado
- Status: Full Time- 40 Hours
- Hours: Monday - Friday
Role Overview:
The Compliance Generalist is responsible for supporting regulatory compliance activities to ensure the organization operates within applicable laws, regulations and internal policies. This position will professionally, respectively and effectively communicate compliance topics across all levels of the organization.
Essential Duties:
- Monitors the compliance inbox and provides timely responses to a variety of questions and support needs across the organization.
- Complete facility licensing, credentialing and re-credentialing.
- Conduct research on state and federal regulations and policies.
- Provide support in drafting, maintaining and reviewing policies, procedures and forms.
- Provide support for internal and external compliance audits.
- Create and update compliance trainings.
- Support the compliance department with various projects and initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year of experience in compliance, technical writing or another related field preferred
Previous experience in a behavioral healthcare setting preferred
Highly Desired:
- Bilingual/bi-cultural preferred.
