As our Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in bringing brands to life through compelling designs across print, packaging, signage, presentations, and more. Partnering closely with both our Account and Design teams, you’ll conceptualize fresh creative approaches and develop design systems that elevate multi-channel marketing and fixturing campaigns. From sketching and storytelling to content strategy and presentation, this role balances creativity with precision—delivering exceptional design work on time, every time.
Shift available: Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
A variety of these traits will help land you this job if you have:
- prior experience in advertising, graphic design, marketing, or the retail industry
- 10+ years of professional design experience supported by a strong, comprehensive portfolio
- a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Design, Art, Marketing, or a related field
On top of that you must be able to:
- demonstrate mastery of Adobe Creative Suite
- be self-motivated, quick to learn, and proactive in identifying client and corporate needs
- work independently with confidence—making sound decisions and solving problems effectively and creatively
- communicate clearly and collaborate well while bringing strong problem-solving and workflow management skills
- organize information with precision and maintain exceptional attention to detail
- apply advanced understanding of design theory, methodology, and spatial visualization
- bring expertise in materials and retail space visualization
- leverage experience with planograms, store maps, and merchandising strategies
In this position you'll:
- visualize the broader scope and translate concepts into precise tactics that align with creative briefs, marketing strategies, and budget constraints
- approach solutions from both a customer and merchant perspective, delivering on business needs without compromising creative vision
- maintain a high level of creative taste, constantly seeking new inspiration and innovative design solutions
- own projects from concept to completion—including ideation, design, and execution
- manage multiple projects at once, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- collaborate in whiteboarding sessions, design reviews, and client presentations
- solicit and incorporate precise, actionable feedback by asking clear, direct questions
- produce final design deliverables, including press-ready print files and occasional custom die lines
- continuously refine design aesthetics and techniques to exceed industry standards and stay at the forefront of trends
- take on miscellaneous projects and tasks as requested by management

Compensation Range: $80,000 - $90,000 annually
*Range reflects our good-faith assessment of our hiring range for this role based on market conditions, experience level, and internal equity considerations.
