We are looking for a talented MAINTENANCE MANAGER to join our team in Cookeville TN - Onsite
Manages the planning and execution of the preventive, predictive, and condition based maintenance of production equipment. Also includes the management of the Manufacturing Engineering Department.
Responsibilities
Manages teams in the maintenance organization.
Manages preventative maintenance processes to ensure equipment is available and capable.
Develops performance standards and formulates staff development plans.
Coaches and leads improvement activities. Manages department budgets. Manages spare parts and indirect materials inventory.
Manages Manufacturing Engineers, who are responsible for projects (capital, new lines, process evolutions)
Qualifications
A STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or related bachelor degree or higher, required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Base salary range: $115,539 to $128,375/year
Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
