Job Summary
Veo is seeking motivated and reliable operations professionals to join our team as Trike Operator/Rovers. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring riders enjoy a safe and reliable experience by maintaining our vehicles and supporting fleet operations throughout the city. Trike Operator/Rovers use power-assisted trikes to locate scooters, swap batteries, perform quality checks, and report vehicles needing additional maintenance.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and collaborating with a team to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities
- Use the Veo mobile app to complete assigned shift tasks.
- Operate a power-assisted trike to locate and service scooters across the city.
- Swap batteries to keep scooters operational.
- Perform basic repairs and routine quality checks on vehicles.
- Report scooters in need of further maintenance to the operations team.
- Support additional operational tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager.
Qualifications & Skills
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Valid state-issued photo ID or driver’s license.
- Smartphone with the ability to navigate and use mobile apps effectively.
- Ability to pedal a power-assisted trike (similar to a geared bicycle) for up to 6 hours with intermittent breaks.
- Ability to lift and move 15lbs consistently through out a shift
- Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Haves)
- Familiarity with local streets, neighborhoods, and geography.
- Flexible schedule availability, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, delivery, logistics, or related fields.

Below is the expected salary range for this position. The listed range is a good faith estimate, and exact compensation and total package may vary depending on market conditions and candidate qualifications.
Pay Range
$15.50—$16 USD
