We are seeking a dedicated Speech Coach to lead and develop our middle school speech team. This role is an opportunity to guide students in building skills that will serve them well beyond the classroom—public speaking, confidence, critical thinking, and teamwork.
As Speech Coach, you will:
- Coach and work with students to prepare for competitions.
- Provide instruction, feedback, and encouragement to help students improve.
- Collaborate with school staff and families to support student success.
- Plan and schedule regular practices.
- Monitor and be responsible for all student fundraising activities related to the speech program.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment where students feel confident to take risks and grow.?

Speech Season Information

Compensation: $1,292 /season (prorated based on start date)
