Position Summary
The Quality Assurance Representative plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of the Capital Vacations product by verifying Owner and purchase information, reviewing contracts ethically, and ensuring new Owners leave with confidence in their purchase. This position also helps protect the company from misrepresentations and supports sales teams in maintaining compliance and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service during and after closings to ensure Owners feel confident in their purchase.

Verify accuracy of documents, review contracts for errors/omissions, and prepare files for funding.

Accurately scan, label, and maintain closing files and recordings within required timeframes.

Handle cancellations and disputes with professionalism, working to retain Owners when possible.

Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and closing standards.

Support sales management by reporting misrepresentations and assisting with corrective actions.

Contribute to maintaining a low net cancellation rate while closing within site standards.
Qualifications

Have or obtain Timeshare license
-
Notary credentials required (must be obtained/maintained).

Prior experience in timeshare sales or quality assurance required.

Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask, work independently, and adapt to flexible schedules (weekends/holidays required).

Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail.
Work Schedule & Travel

Regular hours with weekend and holiday flexibility.
-
Occasional additional hours to meet deadlines or cover shifts.
-
Travel required for Road Shows (25�50%).
