Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management
- Knowledge or experience in IT infrastructure, IT Service management
- PMP certification and M&A experience are preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, risks, and issues
- Provide strategic guidance for IT integration on behalf of the project sponsor
- Ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline, following the GTO M&A Integration Framework
- Collaborate with internal and acquiredCo stakeholders, sometimes including vendors
- Lead cross-functional teams and set clear project direction
- Monitor project budgets and control expenditures
- Coordinate with global and local business and technical teams
- Motivate and manage project teams to ensure timely task completion
- Report on project progress, including timelines, risks, and issues
- Escalate critical risks and issues to leadership in a timely manner
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables
- Oversee change management processes

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $98,500.00 - $274,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
