As a Production Supervisor (2nd shift) working onsite in Oak Creek, WI, you will report to the Resin Operations Manager. You will drive safety, quality, and productivity of teams to ensure goals are met through the development of and adherence to standardized work. Through process discipline and building worker engagement, you will lead the assigned Production Area, ensuring a focus on safety, risk reduction, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Basic administration of supervisory responsibilities and documents.
- Assign and prioritize work to the unionized hourly workforce.
- Maintain the safety program and facilitate a “Safety First” culture to ensure a safe working environment.
- Manage production progress, including workflow optimization, staffing, and resource allocation; implement cost-saving measures and recovery strategies during changes.
- Collaborate with fellow supervisors and cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and EHS personnel to solve problems.
- Utilize data to identify solutions and recommend actions.
- Facilitate and grow a culture of workforce engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma required. Associates or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 3+ years' experience in production, and previous supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment. Chemical or batch manufacturing preferred.
- Previous experience with ERP systems, Oracle preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, to bend, and stand or walk for long periods of time in a fast-paced environment.
