• Preferred fields of study: Epidemiology, Public Health, Health Admin, HIM, Health Informatics
• Analytical skills to assemble & evaluate large complex population health datasets
• Experience w/ data management systems, extensive spreadsheet, databases, & graphic presentation skills
• Excellent communication & organizational skills to interact w/ staff at all levels; position is split between business and community wellness teams
• Familiar w/ research & evaluation processes. Able to perform data linking, merging, cleaning, & formatting for quality improvement studies
• Familiar w/ hospital coding systems (ICD, CPT, DRG) & medical terminology desired
• Familiar w/ relational database management & reporting software desired (Business Objects, Crystal Reports, SQL programming, Excel, PowerBI)

• Stays up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve data analysis processes.

Education Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Health Informatics, or related field, required.
• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration,or related field, preferred.
