Your role
We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Global Wealth Management Graduate Talent Program.
You’ll get to:
• collaborate and coordinate with different internal stakeholders such as Finance, Sales, Risk Management or Compliance to support the business
• execute administrative and reporting activities such as creating management presentations, tracking files to measure progress and success, and meeting preparation
• assist in day-to-day activities ranging from project management to operational trouble shooting
• perform and review data analysis to support and monitor implementation of strategic projects
• build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy, while learning about how we operate to effectively meet the needs of our clients
• develop professionally by establishing a network of mentors and business contacts we believe are some of the best in the business
• attend educational events led by senior leaders that provide extensive exposure and insight into the business

Your team
You will part of the EMEA Chief of Staff Team that is dedicated to the markets Eastern Europe, Israel, Turkey and Sub Saharan Africa (WM EEIA) based in Zurich, Switzerland. We are a team of Business Managers providing a huge variety of services to ensure that WM EEIA is governed efficiently and effectively, and in line with our strategic priorities.
You will work closely with Business Managers, Market Heads and the Sector Head and support them in implementing and monitoring operational and strategic projects and be involved in other day-to-day business management tasks.
You will also work closely with the Streams, and wider Business Management team assisting with hiring activities and headcount tracking.
Your expertise
• has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
• has excellent English (written and oral)
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
