Overview
The Resource Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the use of project resources, including personnel, equipment, referral processes, and supplies. They will work closely with the Program Manager for DCMP project to develop and implement resource plans and ensure that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively. The Resource Coordinator will maintain ongoing resource assessments and updated information on the availability, status, and types of resources, including Volunteer Resources, Philanthropic Resources, and Government Resources.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement resource plans in collaboration with the Program Manager.
- Manage and coordinate the use of project resources, including personnel, equipment, and supplies. Ensure resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain ongoing resource assessments.
- Maintain updated information on the availability, status, and types of resources, including Volunteer Resources, Philanthropic Resources, and Government Resources.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with organizations and stakeholders to leverage resources.
- Ensure that referral processes are in place and clients are assigned to the correct agency.
- Develop and maintain a tracking system for resources used and available.
- Provide regular updates on resource utilization to the Program Manager and stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned.
