Mint Cannabis is hiring Store Managers to lead our retail teams across the Chicago suburbs. We have immediate openings in Crystal Lake, Villa Park, and Forest Park — and we’re looking for proven leaders with cannabis industry experience to take our stores to the next level.

As a Store Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, drive compliance, support team development, and deliver the high standards Mint is known for in Illinois.

What We Look For

• Previous retail leadership experience in the cannabis industry required
• Experience managing all aspects of a fast-pace dispensary - opening, closing, scheduling, compliance, inventory, hiring, performance, and KPIs
• Strong knowledge of compliance and operational excellence - Metrc experience highly desired
• People who bring good vibes and great energy
• Go-getters who thrive in fast-paced environments
• Must be 21+ and eligible for Illinois cannabis licensing requirements
