Key ResponsibilitiesBacklog Management & PrioritizationDefine, refine, and maintain the product backlog in alignment with strategic digital experience goals.Work closely with global and geo stakeholders to intake, assess, and prioritize product enhancements and new features.Ensure backlog items are well-defined, estimated, and business-aligned to support effective sprint planning.Own the prioritization decisions for their product area to maximize business value and customer impact.Execution & Delivery SupportPartner with design, development, QA, and content teams to ensure clear requirements and smooth delivery of backlog items.Provide acceptance criteria and approve completed work to ensure high-quality outcomes.Act as the primary voice of the customer and business for the assigned product area, ensuring that delivery aligns with goals.Support sprint ceremonies (planning, review, retrospectives) as the team’s go-to decision maker for backlog priorities.Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with UX Research, Content, Development, and Geo Project Managers to ensure solutions meet global standards and local needs.Gather input from competitive analysis, A/B tests, analytics, and business case data to inform backlog priorities.Facilitate alignment meetings to drive clarity, consensus, and delivery readiness.Support localization and geo-specific adaptations of features while maintaining consistency with global frameworks.Governance & ProcessDocument standard workflows and acceptance criteria for backlog items.Partner with the Global DX Program Operations to ensure product ownership processes align with delivery and governance frameworks.Drive continuous improvement in backlog management practices through feedback loops and metrics.Reporting & CommunicationProvide visibility into backlog status, progress, and risks via dashboards and sprint reports.Present updates and backlog rationale to senior stakeholders across product, design, and business units.Track and report performance of launched features in terms of delivery, adoption, and business impact.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
