About you:
You will bring:
- Extensive Defence leadership experience (O5 level and above), ideally in command, capability management, or program delivery.
- Proven ability to navigate operational and capability development processes, understanding how projects are conceived, developed, and delivered.
- Established senior networks across Defence and Defence Industry.
- Deep knowledge of ADF C4ISR and CJADC2 domains, including ISR PED and the Defence Targeting Enterprise.
- Strategic understanding of BMC2 systems and enterprise interoperability.
- Credibility working with US/Coalition commands and Defence intelligence organisations.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at the highest levels.

- Lead the identification, qualification, and capture of high-value Defence opportunities.
- Shape strategic direction through market intelligence, competitive analysis, and future capability concepts.
- Influence senior stakeholders and build enduring customer, partner, and inter-company relationships.
- Represent Lockheed Martin with credibility at the most senior Defence and industry levels.
- Provide thought leadership on capability development, C4ISR, and CJADC2 strategy.
