The Opportunity:

We’re looking for an experienced Administrator to join our East Services & Projects Team in Gladstone. This is a permanent, full-time position, with the opportunity to shape the way you work.

As the go-to person for our team, you’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day business activities, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Coordinating and mobilising employees to site, including flight and travel bookings
  • Proven experience in providing wide ranging administrative support to a project team
  • Coordinating and mobilising employees to site, including flight and travel bookings
  • Project procurement support
  • Timesheet entry, Payroll Queries Facilitation and Tracking 
  • General filing, record-keeping and office duties
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance requirements within our compliance software.

Requirements

  • Local to Gladstone
  • Proven experience in providing wide ranging administrative support to a project team
  • Working knowledge of Track
  • InEight, Primavera, Kronos, NAV or similar systems – advantage
  • Positive, can do attitude who enjoys being part of a team
