Location Overview
Join our team in Amandari. Presided over by a sacred stone tiger, Amandari was designed after a traditional Balinese village on the verdant lip of the Ayung River Gorge. Responsibilities
- Overseeing all front and back of the house restaurant operations
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to guest complaints tactfully and professionally
- Maintaining quality control for all food served
- Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the guest’s experiences
- Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards (Food Safety Management System)
- Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs
- Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff
- Ensure that all the administrative functions are performed accurately, such as cash handling, credit card transactions, and staff scheduling
Requirements
- Fluent in English, additional language skills are a plus.
- Minimum of 2-year experience as Restaurant Supervisor in a 5 Stars or luxury resort
- Experience in operating Micros system
- Diploma in Food & Beverage Division, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields. A bachelor's degree is desirable
