We are seeking highly skilled and mission-driven Underground Facility (UGF) Analysts at the Junior, Mid, and Senior levels to provide critical analysis and assessments of underground facilities, hardened and deeply-buried targets (HDBTs), and subterranean environments in support of U.S. military and intelligence operations.
Your Mission
As a UGF Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying, characterizing, and analyzing subterranean environments and foreign programs. Your expertise will directly support reverse-engineering efforts, military planning, and national security decision-making. You will ensure accuracy and relevance of intelligence databases while producing timely, actionable intelligence assessments.

We are seeking highly skilled and mission-driven Underground Facility (UGF) Analysts at the Junior, Mid, and Senior levels to provide critical analysis and assessments of underground facilities, hardened and deeply-buried targets (HDBTs), and subterranean environments in support of U.S. military and intelligence operations.
As a UGF Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying, characterizing, and analyzing subterranean environments and foreign programs. Your expertise will directly support reverse-engineering efforts, military planning, and national security decision-making. You will ensure accuracy and relevance of intelligence databases while producing timely, actionable intelligence assessments.
- Conduct all-source analysis of UGFs, HDBTs, subterranean environments, and related foreign programs.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates of military intelligence databases.
- Research, author, and deliver analytic products to intelligence customers and decision-makers.
- Support reverse-engineering and characterization assessments of foreign underground facilities.
- Maintain current knowledge in assigned UGF-specific subject areas and target-country developments.
- Provide analytic briefings and written assessments to support operational and strategic requirements.
- Collaborate with military, intelligence, and interagency partners to integrate analysis and enhance mission success.
Education & Experience (must meet one of the following based on level):
- Senior Level: Master’s degree + 12 years relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree + 17 years relevant experience.
- Mid Level: Bachelor’s degree + 8 years relevant experience.
- Junior Level: Bachelor’s degree + 3 years relevant experience OR 7 years of relevant experience without a degree.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Proven track record in all-source intelligence analysis with specialization in underground facilities or related domains.
- Strong ability to assess, interpret, and explain foreign underground programs and military developments.
- Experience maintaining and leveraging military intelligence databases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for authoring analytic products and delivering briefings.
- Demonstrated collaboration across military, intelligence, and interagency partners.
- Prior experience supporting USCENTCOM operations.
- Expertise in hardened and deeply-buried target (HDBT) analysis.
- Familiarity with reverse-engineering assessments and target characterization methodologies.
- Regional expertise or previous work focused on designated Areas of Responsibility (AOR).
