Industrial Maintenance Technician

Location: Philadelphia, PA
Schedule: Full-time, flexible schedule required (may include weekends or on-call shifts)
Reports to: Director of Operations

About the Role
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our production lines running smoothly. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment to reduce downtime, improve efficiency, and ensure quality production. This is a hands-on position that requires expertise in mechanical, electrical, and control systems—and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

What You’ll Do

  • Keep Production Running – Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment
  • Solve Problems Fast – Diagnose and resolve machine issues to minimize downtime and protect quality
  • Use Your Technical Skills – Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints
  • Partner with the Team – Work with Production staff and OEM support to quickly resolve equipment concerns
  • Support Training & Upgrades – Provide machine training, assist with new equipment installs, and track maintenance records
  • Stay Safe & Compliant – Follow OSHA, GMP, and company SOPs while maintaining a clean, organized workspace


What You Bring

  • Technical degree/certification in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of maintenance experience (food manufacturing environment preferred)
  • Strong mechanical skills, including pneumatics
  • Proficiency with electrical systems (wiring, sensors, control panels)
  • Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting
  • Experience with boilers, air compressors, forklifts, freezer systems, and HVAC is a plus
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
