Claims Staff - Travel & PA bei AXA Indonesia General Insurance (AGI)

• Toprocess claims registration by review and check claims validation, collect andensure required data/documents/information have been completed. Perform inclaims system (PSEA system) from registration, produce PLA (if any) and ensureclaims processes are treated timely and accurately in accordance with SLA andcompany policy.
• Liaisewith external party (ies) (independent loss adjuster and/or investigator,forensic, consultant) and perform in survey/physical inspections (whennecessary). Produce survey report by genuine accident or cause of loss, evaluatesdamages, and prepares written estimates according to policy requirements andliability.
• Tocommunicate and negotiates investigation process with external parties, performthat claims are investigated and valid to be settled on timely basis inaccordance with the agreed policies and procedure.
• Verifiesand evaluates information, analyze insurance policies and all claims documents inorder to determine claim coverage (approve/reject).
• Tocommunicate with intermediary (agent, broker) to inform status of claims baseon analyze and investigation process results. Control handling process byintermediary to ensure the process in accordance with SLA and company policy.
• Handlingclaims settlement process, start from collect required documents relatedpayment and liaise with finance team, process in PSEA system and inform tointermediary in relation to payment process, and Produce DLA (Definite LossActive) if any.
• Toreview and follow up claims outstanding in order to update reserve amount claimto achieve or minimize claims outstanding, in order to support claims objectivetargets.
• Toarrange auction process with salvage buyer, ensure the process comply withpolicy and procedure.
• Applycompliance framework to ensure activities carried out comply with local and AXAGroup internal policies and guidelines as well as external regulatoryrequirements.

• Completionof a bachelor's at an accredited college or university.
• Minimum2+ years experience at claims process at general insurance company, especiallyin Marine Claims.
• AAAIKqualification or other relevant professional qualifications are advantages.
• Strongin technical PnC, analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Hasgood analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Achievementorientation and focus on customer service.
• Goodin English, verbal and writing communication.
• Highlevel of integrity and dependability.
