Here is a description of the role we are opening:
ADVANCED QUALITY PLANNING
(Quality by design)
(1) Initiate and deploy an advanced product quality plan in the new product/process development (based on SPEED)
(2) Participate in the development of Design & PFMEA (Process, Failure Mode and Effect analysis)
(3) Develop and ensure that program goals including quality and reliability are met in compliance with customer/product specifications and standards (eg. Reach/ROHS)
(4) Translate from users defined specifications into product qualification plans
RISK ANALYSIS AND MITIGATION
(1) Lead and support the project manager to the identification of all potential quality risks to product physical attributes, intended functional and reliability performance
(2) Analyse initial product and process prototype/experimental data to identify possible area of risks and propose a risk mitigation plan
PRODUCT VALIDATION & CONFORMITY TO NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT PROCESS
