The Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role at API by accurately and timely fulfilling customer orders.
A Typical Day:
- Assist other associates in shipping and receiving freight.
- Package and prepare product for shipment.
- Follow safety procedures.
- Perform duties in accordance with company policies and customer requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
The Ideal Candidate:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3+ years of Warehouse experience required.
- Forklift certification is desirable.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of product handling and packaging techniques.
- Ability to read, write, and interpret procedures and work instructions.
- Ability to apply basic math functions (add, subtract, multiply, and divide).
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be a team player.
- Basic computer skills.
