💡 We’re Hiring: Teacher Assistants – Full-time & Part-Time opportunities available (Afternoon availability needed for part-time canidadates)
As a Teacher Assistant, you’ll help create and maintain a child-centered, educational environment, supporting classroom activities and fostering a positive learning experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with classroom activities and implement developmentally appropriate practices.

  • Follow all childcare regulations and center policies to ensure a safe, nurturing environment.

  • Collaborate with supervisors and accept feedback to enhance classroom quality.

  • Complete ongoing training and education as directed.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎓 What You’ll Need:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED. Child Care Credentials preferred.

  • Experience: At least one (1) year of verifiable experience working with young children.

  • Screenings: Must pass background checks, including fingerprints and NC Division of Child Development and Early Education (DCDEE) screening.
