Position Snapshot
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Paradigm by identifying and attracting top talent across multiple departments. You will manage the full recruitment cycle while ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience. You will also be responsible for writing compelling job descriptions, managing postings, screening applicants, and partnering with hiring managers throughout the interview process.
The ideal candidate is a self-directed individual who can work independently and collaborate cross-functionally. The ability to build relationships, demonstrate high attention to detail, and maintain strong organizational and follow-through skills is essential for thriving in this role. This position reports to the Human Resources Manager.
Core Responsibilities
- Facilitate and manage the recruitment process, from job postings through interviews
- Partner with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand role requirements and create accurate, compelling job descriptions
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and progress updates while managing job postings to generate a strong candidate flow
- Identify and implement effective sourcing strategies by proactively researching and creatively utilizing multiple channels to attract top talent
- Screen and evaluate applicants, connecting qualified candidates with hiring managers and coordinating virtual or in-person interviews
- Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience while representing Paradigm in all communications, outreach, and engagement efforts
- Communicate with hiring managers and Human Resources to align on candidate pipelines, job posting requirements, and hiring priorities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with peers, hiring managers, and candidates to support successful hiring outcomes
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies
- Other duties as assigned
Experience and Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment required
- Familiarity with the healthcare, health tech, home care, and/or revenue cycle management industry preferred
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now and LinkedIn Recruiter (or similar platforms) a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with phone and virtual outreach to engage candidates
- Proven ability to source and attract talent
- Highly organized with strong time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple searches in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining professionalism
- Proficient with, or able to quickly learn, applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA, and other employment-related laws and regulations
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred

Compensation
$55,000-$65,000 depending on experience
