🎯 The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist to support our distributor network with product info, order management, and resolutions that keep our customers happy.

What You’ll Do:
📞 Manage calls & emails: order status, tracking, production questions
💲 Provide quotes: product, freight, and program pricing
📦 Follow up on large repeat orders, samples, and sales initiatives
🤝 Support Outside Sales with administrative tasks
⚙️ Work with production teams on order updates & custom projects

✅ What You Bring

✔️ Customer support, client services, or inside sales experience (manufacturing/distribution a plus)
✔️ Strong computer skills: updating accounts, tracking calls, accurate record-keeping
✔️ Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and communication skills (phone/email)
✔️ Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Customer-first approach with problem-solving and listening skills
✔️ Comfortable working cross-functionally under deadlines
