Qualifications You Must Have:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in security, military, or administrative fields
- 1 to 3 years Special Access Program security experience
- Strong verbal and electronic communication skills
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
- Strong attention to detail
- An active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance with SCI Eligibility is required
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Familiarity with security regulations and best practices
- Knowledge of 32 CFR 117: National Industrial Security Program (NISPOM)
- Experience with access control/visit control/badge management systems and software
- Military or Defense Contractor experience
- Previous experience with access control/visit control/badge management systems and software
- PerSec, SETA, and compliance activities
- Military or Defense Contractor experience
- Knowledge of DoDM 5205.07 Vols. 1-4
- Personnel Security Experience, familiarity with DoDM 5105.21 and DoD Instruction (DoDI) 5200.01

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $82,039.23 - $112,803.95. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.SNC offers a generous benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with 150% match up to 6%, life insurance, 3 weeks paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.

This position requires current/active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment.
