LONG-TERM Substitute Teacher: Elk Rapids High School

TITLE: High School Social Studies Teacher
REQUIRED: Must possess 60+ collegiate credit hours.
Must successfully complete the required background check.
Must successfully complete the required electronic fingerprinting.
Ability to develop respect-based relationships with students.
Must be a team player and be able to work effectively with a team.
Must have excellent communication skills.
DUTIES: This position requires the teacher to successfully create and implement daily lesson
plans, grade coursework, maintain consistent communication with parents, work
effectively with the other teachers, and effectively implement our curriculum.
REPORTS TO: High School Principal, Jack Young
POSITION DATES: August 27, 2025, through September 30, 2025
PAY RANGE: Step Schedule
