Smyth is seeking an Ecommerce Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team. Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Inspect outgoing shipments to customers, verifying accuracy of contents and ensuring proper documentation is present.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, transferring/ordering parts including picking, packing, and labeling items.
- Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
- Put stock away.
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping area.
- Attendance is required, avoid absentee and tardy problems.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Assumes other duties as assigned.
- Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Shipping/receiving or warehouse experience (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of the software SHIPSTATION.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills required.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on multiple simultaneous tasks throughout the day.
- Able to work independently and within a team.
- Have good time management skills.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00–5:30 or 9:30–6:00 (occasional Saturday)
