Position Description
GTMR Inc. is seeking an Electronics Technician to join our family. In this role you will Install, test, and assist in development aircraft systems. The position will be located at our customer aircraft modification facility at Cecil Airport, Jacksonville FL.
Position Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain systems in special mission aircraft.
Experience in reviewing designs and applying conventional engineering practices for integration of aircraft systems.
Conduct on aircraft tests or experiments requiring selection of a variety of test equipment and generating data for senior system engineers.
Communicate effectively with users and other Special Mission Aircraft technicians and staff to resolve issues.
Work in a team environment, communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members.
Required Experience
- 5+ Years of experience as an Electronics Technician with aircraft integration experience.
- Ability to hold a US DoD TS Clearance, SSBI/SBPR/PPR (within 5 years).
Preferred Experience
- An Associates of Science degree from an accredited college or university (Preferred but not required)
- Highly desired experience includes integration of RF distribution, ELINT, COMINT, and FISINT systems.
Occasional travel could be required
