ChristianaCare is currently seeking a Part-Time Service Assistant I to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you’ll help ensure the safe and timely transport of patients throughout our hospital — making a meaningful difference in their care journey.
🕒 Schedule:
- Sunday, Monday, and Friday
- 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- 24 hours per week
- Includes holiday rotation
💡 What You’ll Do:
- Safely transport patients via stretcher, wheelchair, bed, or specialized vehicle
- Respond to transport and equipment requests from dispatchers and clinical staff
- Interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals with empathy and professionalism

✅ What You Bring:
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must obtain BLS certification upon hire
- Ability to meet physical demands (standing, walking, lifting, pushing/pulling)
- Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and infection control
