The School Social Worker ifor Torrington Middle School orchestrates services that support the academic, social, and emotional well-being of students as they navigate the intricate labyrinth of early adolescence. This role delves into the tapestry of each student’s experience, providing counseling, crisis intervention, and case management that intertwine home, school, and community supports. The social worker collaborates with families, educators, and outside agencies to address barriers to learning, ensuring that students can transcend challenges and fully engage in the mosaic of school life.
