MISSION:

Develops and implements injection manufacturing activitiesin line with HSE requirments, customer expectations, and plant objectives ensuring optimum performance against IPIs.

Organizes and lead the maintenance activities in the plant following HSE requirments

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

• Ensures compliance with Corporate and Division HSE
• Allocates sufficient resources of labor and skills required to deliver the produciton planning program
• Set and manage the maintenance budge and examine departments requirment for Capital Expenditure
• Creates and develop planned predictive, preeventative and curative maintenace programs, maintnenance spares and workforce training programs
• Create a fully controlled mainenance stores system
• Ensures that he quality of work is to the standard required by the company and respective regulation
• Obtain critical spares and specialist contractors when necessary
• Manages maintenance sub-contractors actvities (permits)
• Provides appropriate support on new programs development in relation with Program development team

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in Maintenance
• Technician certification
• Proven problem solving skills
