JOB SUMMARY

 

Responsible for acting as the liaison between PRS and client(s). Client/donor interaction via telephone, mail and email correspondence, as well as periodic on-site visits to the facility.


Plans, directs, coordinates all Donor Services activities for assigned clients. Activities include: daily reports, file imports/exports, art approval process, adherence to client specific business rules, SOC audit controls and contracted services.


Maintains effective relationships with clients and is responsible for overall relationship; business rule changes, add on services, issues resolution, postal requirements, quality of work, client specific work assignments and requests.  Ensures that PRS is working within published client standards.

 

Responsibilities and Activities:

  • Manages Client relationship including Business Rules documentation and internal procedures; including reporting, donor updates, art approvals, PO box renewals/BRM permits and funding.
  • Performs daily balancing, file imports/exports, archive and daily deposit report distribution Maintains & generates reports; CSR image reports, high donor, inventory, call logs, returns and reorders as required Utilizes database(s) to add memo entries and/or clarify donor intentions
  • Performs QC and generate administrative letters for items being returned to donors and all communication and correspondence with Client and their donors
  • Performs special handling as required by Client Reviews and prepares return packages to client Handles premium requests, special orders, premium returns, etc.
  • Performs file QCs, reviews comment mail and track comments and reorders
  • Performs backup data entry or credit card processing as needed
  • Assists other Donor Service Representatives with workload when necessary to ensure daily tasks and deadlines are met consistently.
