Monday-Friday (9a-5p)

Monitors and tracks in-house orders (especially rush jobs or key account orders), spots trends, expedites trouble orders, and helps ensure late orders are identified and prioritized throughout the plant. Locates orders for Customer Service Representatives so customer questions can be answered regarding status, shipping, turnaround, etc. on their order.These are functions a qualified incumbent or applicant must be able to perform with or without reasonable accommodation. 


  • Physically locates orders to make specific customer changes when requested.
  • Locates late orders in-house, marks them for shipment, and places necessary expedited shipping instructions on the order (if requested)
  • Works directly with management team to ensure rush orders and key  account  jobs are prioritized throughout the plant. 
  • Handles all incoming shipments that are identified as belonging to the CS  dept. Reviews system notes to determine the next step (RTS, toss, agent review, etc) in order to correctly handle the return.
  • Maintains the Customer Service area in the shipping dept for orders holding, determines if action is needed in resolving an issue so the order can be shipped.

Requirements

  • Ability to work with all areas of production is critical
  • Basic computer skills (knowledge of in house programs is beneficial but not required)
  • Good communication skills
  • Must be self motivated and work at a fast pace 
  • General understanding of workflow 


Physical Requirements & Environmental Conditions 

  • Must be able to stand and/or walk for 90% of day in order to locate orders 
  • within the plant.
  • Frequent contact with normal noise from press
  • Lifting of less than 50 lbs
