Experience- 2-4 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate client agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and other commercial documents.
  • Conduct legal audits to assess risk exposure, regulatory gaps, and contractual compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable corporate, labor, data protection, and sector-specific laws.
  • Support in designing and implementing internal compliance policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
  • Advise on company secretarial matters, board resolutions, and filings with regulatory authorities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, HR, operations, business teams) to align contracts and processes with legal standards.
  • Research and provide updates on new laws, regulations, and case laws impacting the business.
  • Assist in dispute management, liaising with external counsels where required.






      Qualifications & Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a reputed institution; LL.M. preferred but not mandatory.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in corporate/commercial law, preferably in a statrtup or in-house legal team
  • Strong understanding of contract law, corporate governance, compliance frameworks, and regulatory laws.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
