Our Agrichain team is looking for its next Agrichain Manager (F/M) to structure, secure, and improve upstream sourcing for our organic and fair trade brands.
Based in Lyon, with regular international travel (Latin America & Africa)
As part of a passionate and committed team, you will work on existing supply chains as well as on innovation and renovation projects. You will also contribute to cross-functional initiatives aligned with our sustainability commitments.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Secure and Develop Sustainable Supply Chains
- Map supply chains: sourcing regions, stakeholders, logistics flows…
- Identify risks and propose solutions to ensure business continuity in a volatile raw materials context.
- Facilitate relationships with producers & cooperatives
- Develop sustainable, certified and differentiated sourcing chains (Fairtrade, Organic, etc.) aligned with brand values and regulations.
2. Monitor and Improve Practices
- Conduct field assessments and audits (social, environmental, agricultural).
- Track traceability and sustainability metrics to assess impact on the ground (carbon footprint, etc.).
3. Build and Manage Strategic Partnerships
- Co-develop agricultural improvement projects with producers, suppliers, NGOs, and technical partners.
- Provide technical expertise and ensure project follow-up.
4. Support Marketing and Storytelling
- Bring sourcing stories to life: “from bean to cup” narratives, impact storytelling.
- Help marketing teams translate our commitments into consumer-friendly content.
5. Represent the Company Internally and Externally
- Promote fair trade, organic, and agroecological expertise across the group.
- Represent the company in external working groups and stakeholder platforms (universities, organizations, NGOs).
Cross-functional Collaboration: You will work closely with teams in Quality, Marketing, Sustainability, Procurement, R&D, Manufacturing, as well as with producer organizations, cooperatives, and international fair trade bodies.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Economics, or Sustainable Development
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sustainable sourcing and project management
- Field experience in producing countries (Latin America, Africa), ideally in organic and fair trade contexts
- Strong knowledge of CSR, sustainable sourcing, and fair trade standards
- Fluent in English and Spanish
