We’re looking for a Service Assistant III who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment and is committed to excellence in every interaction.

Schedule: Variable 10-hour shifts between 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Shifts Include:

• 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• 7:45 AM – 6:15 PM
• 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• 8:15 AM – 6:45 PM
• 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Requires: Every other weekend & holiday rotation

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver meals that meet therapeutic dietary needs with accuracy and care

• Collect and process patient menu selections and diet orders

• Adjust menus based on dietary guidelines and patient preferences

• Provide exceptional customer service with a compassionate, patient-first mindset

• Collaborate with clinical and dietary teams to ensure quality and satisfaction

What You'll Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• 6+ months of food service experience (preferred)

• ServSafe certification (preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to read and interpret diet orders and perform basic math

• Comfort using iPads and basic computer systems

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout your shift

• Must pass a physical exam and be drug-free

• Comfortable working in patient care areas and around cleaning supplies
