We’re currently hiring passionate, enthusiastic, service-driven individuals for both full-time and part-time Seasonal Sales team members (90 Day Probationary Period--Primarily needed on the weekends; Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays and potentially covering shifts when needed during the week).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences with high-energy, warmth, and professionalism
• Educate customers on Kreation’s organic products, ingredients, and health benefits
• Drive sales through upselling, sampling, and personalized recommendations
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and brand presentation
• Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth store and event operations
• Be a strong brand ambassador both inside and outside the store

Requirements

• Passion for health, wellness, and customer service
• At least 2 years of customer service and/or cashier experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Strong communication skills and fluent in English
• Charismatic, enthusiastic, and team-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand for long shifts and work in varying temperature conditions
• Must obtain a Food Handler's Card and complete all required training and certifications within 2 weeks of hire date
• Must wear professional attire and non-slip footwear during all shifts for safety and comfort during shifts
