• Lead by example while supporting your BOH teammates.
• Jump in when managers are tied up and keep operations smooth.
• Train, coach, and inspire the crew to deliver consistent, crave-worthy eats.
• Uphold food safety, sanitation, and quality standards every shift.
• Flex your skills during events and busy services.

This role is the launchpad to your next step in leadership — helping you grow into an Assistant Kitchen Manager and beyond.

Requirements

What You Bring:

• Solid cooking & prep skills (you know your FIFO and time & temps).
• Basic business understanding of the CNP kitchen including sanitation protocols and health inspection requirements.
• A positive, team-first mindset with leadership potential.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strength to lift, hustle, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen.

Pay Range: $21 - $25 per hour
