We are looking for an experienced Glass Delivery Route Driver in the Phoenix AZ area!

Shift & Schedule: 

Weekdays, home daily

Hourly Wages: 24.00-27.00

Requirements

• Must be at least 25 years of age
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree
• Class B CDL – Valid (Clean Driving Record/MVR)
• Certification – minimum 2yrs. experience on Glass Delivery load/ unload (construction industry & load securement)
• Ability to communicate with customers - great customer service is a must!
• Knowledge DOT requirements
• Self-motivated & able to perform role with minimal direction
• Knowledge of repair & maintenance
• Familiarity with delivery driver responsibilities
• Maintain a valid driver’s license (Class B CDL)
• Maintain an acceptable MVR and current DOT Medical card
• Meet scheduling requirements as outlined by Shipping Manager
• Pre & post trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain vehicle mileage log (electronic and paper)
• Complete paperwork correctly (shippers/return slips)
• Check and secure loads
• Accurately track delivery and pick-up of A-racks and slot racks
• Log in patterns and returned items
• Loads truck as needed
• Issues or obtains customer signature on receipt for pickup or delivery
• Able to pass DOT regulated drug/alcohol screen
• Adhere to all DOT guidelines
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to provide stellar customer service and resolve issues as need
• Great attendance and work ethic
• Other duties as assigned
