Part-time (2 PM - 6 PM, Monday - Friday) to supervise the 1st - 3rd grade students in aftercare with another adult, treating all children with dignity and
respect and ensuring their safety and well-being within a home-like, faith-based setting. The applicant will have a Christian faith with a desire to grow in discipleship. General Responsibilities and Skills include assisting with free open play, prayer, snack time, outdoor and indoor play, art, and
socialization, ability to be flexible and patient, ability to be physically engaged within gym and playground settings, ability to handle loud children's play
noise for periods of time, and willingness to learn.

Professional Responsibilities:

● Develops and implements age-appropriate activities for students
● Maintains accurate documentation and attendance records for all enrolled students
● Ensures continuous supervision of students and promotes their safety and well-being
● Recognizes and supports the developmental needs of children across age groups
● Treats all students with dignity, respect, and kindness
● Collaborates with staff and functions as a positive, team-oriented leader
● Communicates staffing concerns to the Principal or Assistant Principal
● Maintains a clean and organized environment at the end of each day
● Maintains updated emergency and health information, including allergy documentation
● Engages in regular communication with parents and teachers to support student needs

This position has an hourly salary of $20.43. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on many factors including but not limited to: relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and organizational needs.
