CLASSIFICATON: Part Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
COMPENSATION: $17 Per hour

POSITION SUMMARY: The Housekeeper employee's primary responsibility is to ensure that all vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to "made -ready" status in a timely manner and are move in clean. Along with office cleaning, interior building cleaning and laundry room cleaning at a minimum of 2 to 3 times/week, as needed.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that the property maintains an exceptional curb appeal by keeping the community buildings hallways and common area clean and properly maintained.
- Consistently and genuinely demonstrate exemplary principles of customer service and teamwork.
- Maintain a safe, tidy and sanitary, office, vacant units, hallways and all other common areas.
- Ensure that the property buildings are free of trash, debris and animal waste.
- Ensure the best possible appearance of each apartment prior to new resident move- in.
- Communicate with Maintenance Supervisor or Property manger any problems with maintenance or curb appeal that requires further attention.
- Ensure understanding and compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Contribute to resident satisfaction by ensuring that customer's expectations are met or exceeded.
- Participate in Redstone trainings as required.
- Participate in Redstone training as required.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrate experience completing daily tasks with little or no oversight.
- Relevant industry experience (janitorial or cleaning).
- Relevant make ready experience.
- Must have a friendly demeanor.
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and work 6-8 hour standing shifts.
