ARM CAMCO is seeking to hire a Non-CDL Truck Driver who is tasked with operating a motor vehicle to transport products, parts, and equipment to and from CAMCO and client locations, safely, on time, of exceptional quality, thinking always about customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Operate several types of vehicles to include pick-up trucks, stake body trucks, and box trucks in accordance with OSHA and DOT requirements as well as all local, state, and federal requirements.
  • Load and unload trucks as needed via forklift.
  • Maintain all vehicles to ensure they are clean and safe (non-mechanical maintenance).
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
  • Completion of required delivery paperwork as well as any DOT documents (i.e., Logbook, pre-trip inspections, etc.).
  • Effectively communicate with client representatives and CAMCO staff to ensure client needs are met and/or concerns are addressed.
  • Notify manager of any incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of driving experience.
  • Clean driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass a DOT medical exam.
  • Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol exam – pre-employment and random.
  • Ability to travel, including the rare occasion overnight stay.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to perform basic computer skills.
  • Desire to work outdoors as needed.

Physical Requirements:

  • Capable of sitting, kneeling, crawling, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 125 lbs. regularly.
