Custodian | Maintenance | Full-Time bei PA Locations- Coopersburg, Pottstown, Bristol

This is a full-time first shift position

Monday through Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm – NO WEEKENDS

Main Responsibilities:

• General cleaning of the inside of the building including lobby, offices, parts showroom, restrooms and lunchrooms.
  • Collect and dispose of trash.
  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
  • Clean and stock restrooms and lunchrooms.
  • Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
  • Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
  • Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
• Performing minor building maintenance
  • Painting
  • Fixing or replacing leaky faucets/unclogging toilets
  • Changing lightbulbs, filters, ect.
  • Repair minor damage such as cracks and scratches 
  • Seasonal tasks (including snow removal, landscaping, ect.)
  • Assist maintenance manager with projects

Must be at least 18 years of age (required)

• Ability to manage your time efficiently.
• Work well when supervisors are not present.
• Possess general knowledge of basic maintenance, building repairs, cleaning, and other janitorial work.
• Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.
• Able to use basic tools and equipment.
