Position Description
The Senior Director of Undergraduate Enrollment Marketing plays a key leadership role in the planning and implementation of integrated marketing efforts designed to attract, engage and enroll undergraduate students. Candidate will have expertise in branding, digital marketing and communications to guide the execution of multichannel campaigns and ensure consistent, compelling messaging in collaboration with internal partners to advance the university’s undergraduate enrollment goals.

Major/Essential Functions
- Execute marketing campaigns that reach prospective undergraduate students and their influencers (parents, counselors), ensuring consistency across print, digital and experiential channels.
- Conduct market research and leverage data to identify key audiences and refine messaging and strategy.
- Oversee development and execution of content that highlights the undergraduate student experience and academic opportunities, working closely with colleges and campus partners.
- Work with a team of marketing professionals, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative, innovative work environment.
- Leverage and share performance analytics regularly to inform strategic decisions, monitor campaign effectiveness, and ensure alignment with undergraduate enrollment goals.
- Work closely with Admissions, colleges and student services to ensure a seamless student recruitment experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in marketing, business administration, higher education administration or related field.
- Five years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least three years in a leadership role focused on undergraduate enrollment marketing.
- Strong understanding of undergraduate student recruitment trends, digital marketing strategies and enrollment management principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and campaign performance measurement tools.
- Innovative mindset with adaptability to emerging marketing and enrollment trends.
- Proven record of successful, data-driven campaigns that support enrollment growth.
