Major Duties
Prepare and execute requirements for equipment and fixture orders utilizing designated systems.
Negotiates with vendors on expediting goods and communicates with contracting officers on amendments. Works with PZ to resolve supplier compliance issues.
Tracks status of multiple equipment and fixture orders with contracting officers, suppliers and personnel.
Coordinates scope of work and project progress with project managers. Maintains timelines and monitors project flow through departments.
Performs other duties as assigned.
