We're seeking a Sr. Manager of WMS to drive the successful delivery of our Blue Yonder WMS instances and supporting technologies. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll not only manage a team but also act as a key expert, shaping our technological future and ensuring operational excellence across multiple projects and implementations.

Salary Range: $125,000 - $140,000 per year
Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule and maintain a cadence of visibility to all locations that you will support.
What You'll Be Accountable For
Lead with Expertise: You'll be the primary driver for successful WMS deployments, managing a team of analysts, developers, and system engineers. You'll lead discovery sessions with business and IT teams and provide guidance on best practices in project management and implementation.
Innovate & Optimize: Evaluate continuous improvement opportunities within our warehouse environments. You'll proactively assess system performance, identify issues, and develop solutions that drive efficiency and enhance our technological capabilities.
Manage & Mentor: You'll manage your IT team with SMART Goals, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure they are successful. You'll also manage relationships with third-party vendors and conduct regular leadership alignment meetings.
Strategize & Communicate: Act as a change agent, guiding stakeholders through the transition to new processes and systems. You'll prioritize resources based on business needs and keep leadership and executives updated on project status.
What You'll Bring
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
10+ years of experience leading WMS implementations or continuous improvement in warehouse operations.
7+ years of supply chain experience.
5+ years of leadership experience managing a team of business analysts, developers, and system engineers.
3+ years of systems configuration and development with Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, or a similar WMS.
Strong consulting experience is preferred, especially with a major WMS vendor.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to executive leadership.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to travel 25% of the time.
