- Manage and lead the field team in the strategic communication of products with dental professionals, using detailing techniques to maximize sales generation and increase recommendations of Colgate Oral Care products, ensuring excellence in execution and alignment with market share, penetration, and professional relationship objectives.
- Lead the regional team under your responsibility, developing and implementing strategic plans focused on driving key performance indicators such as usage, recommendation, and sales, in alignment with Professional Marketing objectives.
- Ensure effective coverage of dental professionals, making sure all accounts are classified and prioritized, promoting regular and high-value contacts.
- Analyze regional market data and dentist panels, preparing management reports to guide strategic decisions and continuous improvement actions.
- Develop and maintain strong institutional relationships with dental professionals, promoting Colgate’s presence in private practice and strengthening brand positioning.
- Build a strategic network of partnerships within the dental field, including both previously visited and new potential professionals.
- Take a proactive role in transforming the area, contributing to Planning, Analytics, and Business Development initiatives by integrating analytical vision with field execution.
- Support the Customer Development Manager in identifying and expanding new distributors nationwide, contributing to the operational reach and sustainable growth of the operation.
- Conduct monthly presentations of the Competitive Overview, providing a critical view of the competitive scenario, market insights, and recommendations to leverage opportunities.
- Lead the operational dynamics of the field team, ensuring excellence in execution, productivity, and alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.
- Ensure that the team is properly trained, equipped, and oriented to apply detailing and sampling processes, as well as consistent and quality use of commercial materials and practices.
- Act as a facilitator in the collaboration between the field sales force and distribution channels, promoting synergy in the actions of penetration and expansion of strategic accounts.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, setting structured action plans for competency development, achievement of goals, and high team performance.
- Monitor individual and collective key performance indicators, providing ongoing mentoring to ensure expected results and the professional advancement of the team.
- Represent the company institutionally within the dental field, establishing strategic partnerships and strengthening relationships with key industry stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or related areas or Dentistry
- Solid experience in people management
- Previous work experience in Sales/Promotion
- Advanced English
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver presentations in management and team meetings
- Proficiency in Google Suite or MS Office tools
- Previous experience managing field teams in the dental, pharmaceutical, or other healthcare industry is desirable
- Previous experience working with dental or pharmaceutical distributors is a plus
- Spanish is desirable
