Global Learning Operations Lead:

The Global Learning Operations Lead will be responsible for leading a team of onsite coordinators, learning delivery coordinators, and learning operations specialists in two distinct global regions (NA/LATAM and EMEA/APAC) ensuring delivery of the best-in-class learning experience. Overseeing end-to-end learning delivery process from finance and procurement through coordination and delivery. This position will partner with colleagues and key HR and cross-functional partners to deliver the outlined strategy. They will craft, connect and lead resources to deliver on key projects. They will maintain confidentiality and operate with poise and integrity in a complex, high-profile, and constantly evolving environment. Finally, this role will drive organizational dedication and accountability to deliver operational excellence, business focus, and the overall development of our people.

Key Responsibilities:

This exciting role will:

  • Ensure high-quality, efficient delivery of Enterprise Learning Curricula across the globe.
  • Implement strategy for effective learning delivery process in alignment with business strategies and capabilities to provide the best quality of service.
  • Understand the end-to-end learning delivery process and be poised to collaborate with internal and external partners.
  • Champion and lead global learning operational processes and identify and implement appropriate process improvements as needed. Actively promote, empower and champion Continuous Improvement.
  • Identifies potential operational problems and proposes potential solutions.
  • Manage and supervise operational data and reports daily; constantly communicating performance with key stakeholders, teams, leadership, and vendors, and actively working to identify and implement interventions to maintain service standards.
  • Ensure effective case management regularly supervising open cases and ensuring appropriate parties close in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communicate and interact effectively with customers and team members; develop credibility and trusted mutually respected relationships with customers.
  • Interact and collaborate with customers, vendors, service providers, and other third parties as applicable about the activities and dependencies within the Global Learning team.
  • Lead the efforts to bring in new work to GS Learning Operations (Relationship Management).
  • Responsible to demonstrate & adopt a culture of agile thinking, crafting a fast, adaptive, iterative recruiting approach to recruiting engagements, ensuring hyper-connectivity & transparency across multiple customer groups.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship in support of organizational goals and enable a Credo-based culture within the team. Assure that company practices and policies are followed and set an example for team members.
  • Develop, coach, and engage direct reports to build a high-performance team.
  • Champion the J&J 5 Conversations to drive performance, accountability, career growth, and development.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, where team members can identify areas for improvement on daily operational processes to drive data accuracy and global compliance and provide support to implement these initiatives by highlighting and discussing key changes/improvement programs with leadership and the appropriate partners.
