General overview

Ensure adherence to quality, hygiene, and safety standards across all factory operations. You will focus on prerequisite programs, HACCP, GMP, and continuous improvement projects. Acts as a liaison between Production and Quality departments, supporting inspections, validations, corrective actions, and leading projects to raise operational standards.

Main responsibilities

  • Verify the effectiveness of prerequisite programs (zoning, allergens, pest control, cleaning, foreign body prevention, housekeeping).

  • Maintain minimum hygiene standards across all operational areas.

  • Ensure documentation and control of sanitation, inspections, and monitoring routines.

  • Support and ensure compliance with sanitation, HACCP, and food safety programs.

  • Coordinate and monitor environmental testing and validations in production areas.

  • Check hygiene and quality conditions during raw material receiving.

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of procedures, standards, and quality tools.

  • Perform in-process inspections, critical measurements, and instrument verifications.

     

 

Academic background

  • University degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Production Engineering or related field.

  • Business intermediate in English.

 

Professional profile includes

  • Experience of 5 years, with at least 3 years in an equivalent position.

  • Experience in identifying needs, planning, and performing training.

  • Experience in implementing and control Quality and programs by leading change or participating in project teams, or improvement projects.

  • Expert understanding and mapping process risk

  • Experience with manufacturing technologies and product characteristics.

  • Factory and Laboratory Environment

  • Frequent standing and walking for long periods and involves exposure to offensive odors and environments that may be excessively hot, cold, or humid.
