TITLE: Auditorium Rental Manager
DATE OF OPENING: September 2024
QUAIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or greater strongly preferred
- Prior experience as out-of-school time coordinator preferred
- Excellent organizational and record- keeping skills
- Successful work experience in one or more of the following areas: leadership skills, theater or community resources
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Outstanding preparation and/or experience may be substituted for some of the above
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Auditorium Rental Manager is responsible for all aspects of marketing and scheduling and provides technical services to rental groups utilizing the auditorium
- Responsible for promoting the auditorium to district, community and extended area performance organizations
- Solve problems related to scenery, sets, props, furniture, special effects, lighting and sound for rental groups.
- Coordinate all aspects of the auditorium scheduling
- Supervise the tech crew during performances and training sessions for rentals.
- Maintain communications with clients including touring the facility, booking performances; and ensuring proper setup of facility prior to rental and must be onsite during all rentals.
- Organize ordering and maintenance of all 5 auditoriums.
- Perform other duties as required
SALARY: $10,000 annual stipend
